Cancellations and Reschedules
Give us 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours, you’ll be charged 50% of the deposit. If we’re denied access, you might be charged the full amount.
Payments
We accept major credit cards. A 50% deposit is due at booking, and the balance is due upon completion.
Pricing
Our prices are based on the job’s size and complexity. We might adjust prices if the job is bigger or messier than expected.
Our Guarantee
We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not happy, we’ll re-clean for free within 24 hours.
Feedback
Let us address any issues before posting negative reviews. We need 7 days to resolve problems.
Referrals
Don’t hire our cleaners directly without paying a $2000 referral fee.
Safety
We won’t move heavy furniture. Please move it before we arrive.
Arrival Times
We might arrive anytime within a 1-hour window of your scheduled time.
Inappropriate Behaviour
We won’t tolerate abuse or harassment towards our staff.
